We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for maintaining and leading Estesoft’s digital marketing operations. Your main responsibilities will be creating ways to gather as many leads as possible from digital marketing channels with the provided budget and reporting to managing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain digital user acquisition efforts (paid search and paid social campaigns)
• Optimize traffic to deliver high quality and quantity of leads
• Follow and use the latest acquisition techniques
• Develop SEO and content strategy methods
• Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
• Develop e-mail & SMS marketing strategies
• Follow industry-specific events and organizing ads for special targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in Facebook Business panel management
• Experience in Google Ads management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a HUGE plus
• Experience in a similar position on digital marketing & lead collection
• Experience in SEO and web traffic management
• Experience in e-mail marketing tools
• Experience in Google Analytics

We are looking for a full stack .NET developer for developing and maintaining Estesoft, including all kinds of tasks from back-end services to client-end pages. Your main responsibility will be to track issues assigned to you, and complete them before the sprint is over. Yes, we use Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Software Support Specialist for maintaining Estesoft and satisfying our customer support system’s needs. Your main responsibilities will be answering customer tickets and phone calls and solving their issues or directing them to software engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the product as fast as you can so that you can provide support.
• You will be working with a LOT of customers. So patience is key.
• Take ownership of customer issues and come up with best solutions by continous research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify skills.
• Document best practises about frequently asked questions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a HUGE plus
• Experience in a similar, customer facing position
• Strong problem solving skills
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
