Google API Services User Data Policy

Stella operates in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and fully adheres to the Limited Use requirements. This policy explains how the Stella application accesses, uses, shares, stores, and deletes Google user data.

1. Google User Data Accessed

With the user's explicit OAuth consent, Stella accesses the following Google APIs:

• Google Ads API (auth/adwords): To read the user's Google Ads campaign data, conversion actions, and click (GCLID) information; and to upload offline conversions.
• Google Calendar API (auth/calendar): To synchronize the user's calendar and events with Stella appointments.
• Basic profile information (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile): Solely to match the user's identity with their Stella account.

Stella does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.

2. Data Use

The data accessed is used solely to enable the user to manage their own Google Ads and Calendar account through Stella. The data:

• Is not used for ad targeting or profiling.
• Is not sold or rented to third parties.
• Is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
• Is not read by humans; it is only processed by automated systems to deliver the service to the user.

3. Data Sharing

Google user data is not shared with third parties. The following limited exceptions apply:

• Google itself: Hashed conversion data is uploaded back to Google Ads to allow the user to measure their own ad performance.
• Our cloud infrastructure providers: Solely for data storage purposes, without access to the data content, and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Storage and Protection

Google user data is stored on ISO 27001-compliant cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to authenticated system processes and managed under the least-privilege principle. 6. Limited Use Disclosure

Stella's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
